House Rules & Regulations

Diamond & Pearl Luxury Lodge is located within Sabie River Eco Estate and is governed by the rules of the estate. The Board of Directors has established rules and regulations that are mandatory for all guests, and non-compliance will not be tolerated. A deposit of R500 is payable upon arrival (or the day after) to cover potential breakages and ensure rule adherence. This deposit will be refunded on your departure date.

Please take note of the following rules during your stay:

Entertainment

  1. All private functions and social gatherings are strictly restricted to the property boundary of Diamond & Pearl. There are no communal estate entertainment areas available.
  2. Excessive noise is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to bring portable speakers, boomboxes, or hi-fi sound systems onto the premises.
  3. Quiet hours take effect at 22:00.
  4. Considerate behaviour from all guests and visitors is required at all times.
  5. Abusive language, screaming, and shouting are strictly forbidden.
  6. The use of illegal substances on the estate is prohibited. Diamond & Pearl is a strictly smoke-free facility; smoking and hubbly bubbly (hookah) are strictly prohibited indoors.

Noise & Nuisance

  1. No business activities or hobbies that cause a disturbance to neighbouring residents may be conducted.
  2. Audio levels for televisions, radios, musical instruments, and voices must be kept at reasonable levels that do not disturb neighbours. Portable sound devices are not permitted inside the house and should remain stored in your vehicle.
  3. Shouting, fighting, or loud noise on outdoor balconies is strictly prohibited. Please keep noise levels low and remain mindful of nearby neighbours at all times.
